What's New in MLXchange 3.0
Login and Session Timeout
- When a user’s session expires due to inactivity and they are forced to re-login, they do not lose their place in the application or any data
- Duplicate Login Warning will now ask the second user if they want to continue with login, forcing the first user’s session to end
- Prevent members from logging into MLXchange if their Office has been deleted from the system
- Secure and seamless login to reciprocal MLXchange sites
- Board-definable Terms of Use agreements - all terms must be accepted by user to access system
- Assistants and team members can log in and work as other users
- Quick links to view My Listings, Office Listings and Listings About to Expire
- Ability to set Home Page Hotsheet to 0, 1 or 2 days back
- Unit # added to Address search on Home Page
- Street #, Street Name and Unit# are now three separate input fields
- Listing Summary > Prospector Activity tab displays the number of Prospector Matches, E-mails Sent and E-mails Read
- MLX Pro users will have a Hit Counter showing the number of times their listing has been viewed using the IDX Search
- Option for Prospector to resend notification e-mails on Price Changes and after images are added
- Renamed "Prospecting Manager" to "Saved Search Manager"
- Disable e-mail notification to client if client status is changed to "Inactive"
- Add ability to filter E-mail Templates in the Send E-mail dialog
- Ability to launch E-mail Template Manager from Send E-mail screen
- Print control is now an optional ActiveX control installation.

Client Manager
- Column Manager added to Client Search Results screen
- Client Details screen - expanding sections replaced with tabs
- Action Plans are predefined sets of "time-released" tasks including To Do’s, Calls, Appointments and E-mails
- Each task can be scheduled to occur AFTER the plan’s Start Date, BEFORE the plan’s End Date, or AFTER a previous task is completed
- Action Plans are applied to the Client from the Tasks tab
- Due Dates for each task are automatically calculated from the plan’s Start Date
- Individual Tasks can be edited and removed, and additional tasks can be added after the Action Plan has been applied
- As tasks become due they are displayed on the "Today’s Schedule" screen ("Schedule" is a new menu item)
- Tasks can be marked complete or deleted from the Schedule screen
- Multiple Address Search allows users to enter up to 10 separate addresses
- Pop-up Calendar available on all Date-based search criteria fields
- Ability to filter large pick lists using "Find"
- Clear All button to de-select all pick list items
- Pick List control converted from ActiveX to a pure HTML control
- Useful for printing a list of properties in the desired order.
- Sites that subscribe to RatePlug can insert the Lender Mortgage Report into listing reports (single record)
- The RatePlug component is visible in e-mailed reports to clients
- ML# in PAR History reports will display Listing Detail report (within MLX only, not when e-mailed)
