You can get the MLX Professional advantage for less than a dollar a day! (US funds.) Compare the cost to other agent Web site solutions and CRM software and you'll quickly realize that nothing else even comes close to the value of MLX Professional.

Who can get it?

MLX Professional is available to MOST MLXchange MLS users. You MUST be an MLXchange MLS user to get MLX Professional.

How much does it cost?

The cost varies slightly from region to region. To find out the price in your area, log in to MLXchange and click the Professional Upgrade link in the top right area of the Home page. The next screen will show you the exact monthly subscription cost.

If the cost is $0.00, that means your MLS has purchased a site license of MLX Professional and the service is FREE to all members! See below for a list of organizations that offer MLX Professional for free.

If the service is included as part of my regular MLS service, do I still have to subscribe?

In many cases, yes, you must still go through the subscription process to get MLX Professional even if the service is free in your area. Leave the credit card fields blank and complete the rest of the fields as instructed.

We do not automatically upgrade all users because some agents prefer not to use the additional features that MLX Professional provides.

How do I subscribe?

Subscribing is easy!

Log in to MLXchange.
Click the Professional Upgrade link in the top right area of the Home page.
On the next screen, click Order to select MLX Professional and then click Continue.
Read through the Terms of Use document and click Yes if you accept it.
Enter your credit card and billing information and click Continue. Note that you should NOT enter any credit card information if MLX Professional is provided to you free of charge (i.e., if the monthly price shown on the initial screen was $0.00).
Review your billing and payment and billing information and click Purchase to complete the transaction.

The program will then guide you through the setup of some basic MLX Professional features.

What if I want to cancel?

You can end your subscription at any time. To do so, log in to MLXchange, click Settings in the top right corner of the screen, click Personalize, click Agent Add-Ons, and then click the Unsubscribe link beside the listing for MLX Professional.

Are costs pro-rated?

Yes. Each of our MLS customers has a specific billing date each month. Your first monthly charge will probably be higher than expected because it often covers a period greater than one month. For example, if your MLS's billing date is the 30th of each month and you subscribe on September 25, your first charge will be issued on October 30th and will be larger than usual because it covers a 35-day period.

Similarly, if you cancel your MLX Professional subscription midway through your MLS's billing period, your final bill will be smaller than usual because it only covers the days you were actually subscribed to the product.
