Membership Director is now easier and simpler to use. We've improved its navigation, provided better contrast on screens and made the buttons and tabs standout for quick recognition and operation.

The enhanced user interface, with its contemporary feel now includes 'Favorites' and 'Most Recent.' So getting to the information you need has never been so quick and easy.

SQL Reporting Services

Membership Director's use of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services provides your Association with processing speed, a professional appearance and superior information analysis.

Membership Director delivers highly formatted reports that you can show to others in your organization with confidence. The reports allow you to deliver the information needed to make better business decisions in a timely efficient manner.

Membership Dashboard

The new Association Dashboard provides up-to-date Executive level information simply and visually. Using a combination of charts, graphs and key statistics, the Membership Director Association Dashboard allows quick insight into key Association operating information and data.

The Association Dashboard provides a quick glance view of trends and leading indicators. It provides the insight a busy executive needs to keep their finger one the pulse of the Association.

Membership Director Online Calendar

Keep members informed with the new Membership Director online calendar. The online Association calendar provides the information members need to learn and stay current with Association happenings. The Membership Director calendar provides links to all your:

education classes
elections
meetings
outings
committee sessions
and more

The calendar allows members to download events to their own MS Outlook calendar so they'll always have the information they need at their disposal. In addition, multiple calendars can be used – one for members and another for the public or one for a special event.

Membership Director 5.0 enhancements

NAR Split Payments

NAR e-commerce split payment processing saves your Association time and money. With split payments, Membership Director divides dues amongst local, state and national associations. The cost of credit card processing (merchant fee) is also distributed so the local association does not pay processing fees for the national and state associations.

Automated Credit Card Reconciliation

Membership Director automated credit card reconciliation greatly reduces the time and effort required to reconcile credit card transactions. Charges processed through NAR's e-commerce system can be simply and efficiently reconciled, freeing up Association resources for other tasks.

Undeposited Funds

Membership Director now allows your Association to track not only when you've received a payment, but also when it was deposited (credited) to your checking account. This helps reconcile the Association checking account balance to the cash account. It also streamlines deposits when used with the Membership Director Bank Reconciliation module.

Secondary Member Record Management

Secondary record management standardizes maintaining and administering multiple member and/or firm records (i.e. a broker with multiple offices) with NAR standards. IT reduces errors when submitting new and modified records to NAR. It also helps reduce multiple entries (of the same person) within the local association's member database.

Faster Auto-Billing and Statement Generation

Membership Director's enhanced integration with Microsoft SQL Server speeds up your billing, reducing your statement generation processing time.

Updated Menus and Labeling

Membership Director's smarter menu layouts allow you find what you need faster. 'Hotkeys' and drop-down buttons make navigating throughout Membership Director a breeze.
