Interealty Flying High in Annual Clareity Survey
March 29, 2005 - The results of Clareity Consulting’s 4th annual MLS Customer Satisfaction Survey have been released, and Interealty has scored better than ever! In fact, Interealty has achieved significant year-over-year improvement in almost every category since Clareity began conducting the survey in 2002.
In this year’s survey, Interealty ranked highest in the following categories when compared to the four other major MLS system vendors with the largest marketshare (Solid Earth, MarketLinx, Rapattoni, and FNIS):
- Overall MLS staff satisfaction
- Data conversion accuracy
- Ability to hit delivery deadlines
- System change requests
- End user support
- Staff support
- Cooperation with other IT vendors
- Communicating system and support issues
- Truthfulness in the sales process
- Likelihood of being selected as MLS vendor again
While open to interpretation, the survey results suggest a major shift in satisfaction levels among customers of certain MLS system vendors. Companies that received very high satisfaction ratings just two years ago are now receiving some of the lowest ratings in the industry.
